My daughter received a Disney Pix Micro digital camera for Christmas. I have installed its software on my PC and followed the written directions that were inside the package. When the camera is connected, the software starts but no pictures are displayed. I have also seen a notification from my PC telling me that no drivers are available for the camera. What can I do?

You can find the Disney Pix Micro digital camera drivers on the official web page of the developer. Unfortunately, the download link doesn't seem to work, but you can obtain the drivers if you contact Digital Blue. After you connect the device to your PC using the USB cable, you can access the camera drive from My Computer/Computer and transfer the files.
If your computer doesn't recognize the device, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the device using the cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. Windows should automatically retrieve the drivers.
